Migrated the chat runtime from custom LLM orchestration (Vercel AI SDK + agent chaining) to Claude Agent SDK + MCP inside E2B sandboxes. Retrieval over 100K+ Austrian legal documents with byte-exact citation highlighting. Stripe billing, better-auth + OAuth2 + RBAC, admin role overlays. Langfuse + Posthog observability. Also: Chrome extension, mobile backends, ChatGPT MCP app.
